Refund policy

For online returns and refunds procedures:

1. Send an email to info@albertonsteel.co.za with full explanation of reason for return and refund.
2. Return will be arranged with client.
3. We will inspect material for signs of wear or use, product packaging and if a handling fee is applicable (Please see terms and conditions for inspection)
4. If Alberton Steel and Pipe has no disputes, the customer will be refunded on PayPal (Please note a handling fee may be applicable)

 

Terms and Conditions for inspection

Discounted items are final an cannot be returned or exchanged

Returned items must be returned in original product packaging where applicable.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Steel that has been processed (cut/bent) cannot be refunded.

Cutting, bending or any other value added products and services may not be returned.

Any material processed incorrectly due to the fault by Alberton Steel and Pipe will be returned in compensation for the mistake.
